Installing Heated seat element.

I need to replace my passenger side seat due to water damage, mold and other nastys.

On Ebay i have found a good seat that is the same colour, and leather than my original however it is not heated.

Is there any way/has it been done before, where Im able to remove the heated seat element in my damaged seat and fit it into the new one? or would this mean removing the leather and needing it to be reupholstered again?

Just really don't want to lose my heated seats

If you are the driver, and the driver's seat it heat - you're not really losing them.

Who cares if your passenger has a cold bum!
