Speaker query for OE non amp set up

I have an R170 320 year 2002.

It has a stock APS30 sat nav head unit and two speakers and two tweeters in the doors.
No other speakers and no amp. Speakers are driven directly from the APS30

I have removed my speaker to see if there are any impedance values on it but there is nothing at all marked on the unit.
Will these be the same rating as the amp driven speakers?

I wish to change my HU but need to know that the stock speakers will be ok.

Thanks

Norman

Well im going to answer my own question in case it helps anyone else in the future

I measured the resistance of my door speaker and its 3.5 ohms.
I know this is resistance, and not impedance, but impedance cant be measured with a multimeter.
This figure of 3.5 ohms suggests my speakers are 4 ohms.

I will be able to swap my head unit now with no worries
