No one can really help you because of the extensive modding you have done to your car. My guess is that you over boosted and created an intake leak therefore getting improper pressure readings, but I do not know for sure.
I run about 21psi and have 550cc injectors(adjustable fuel regulator) and Needswings DCAI. A tune of course, that is it. Been running like this for a while with ni issues. I just don't know where to look so I guess it's to a shop. Thanks
As, I think, you are no longer getting 21psi I would check for intake leaks as I suggested. Maybe there is a small hose for checking boost pressure that popped off or something.
Stock boost is 14. I have resolved the problem. The one set of wires that clip just before the SC pulley. A bit cracked, just unclipped it blew to dry off and back in the saddle. I don't consider the car to be highly modified. Check out the crossfire.org site. might seem highly modified on this site but not there. I run a stock upper pulley I had turned down from 74mm to 70mm after I tried the Eurocharged 65mm upper. I also went with a 178mm lower, stock is 155. About 21psi and 11.5:1 afr's.
Well the car is powerful for what it is. I have bought a magnaflow TRU internal X-pipe to replace the rear cats, then do a resonator delete with a Borla Pro XS for the rear. Those are sitting in my closet for now. I will keep the stock down pipes as they are fine and I will not remove the main cats. It is good to know what the issue is as the car would often have no boost in the morning that now I know was caused by the humidity here in SW Florida. Mods are costly for these cars. The pulleys were $750. slightly used, Then I sold the 65mm SC pulley and found a shop that turns the stock upper which steel instead of aluminum. Rob's DCAI was $800. I have the heat exchange cut off from the engine coolant. A wide band O2 sensor and gauge. Nice car for me right now. highly modded is what daytonajae and boostmonkey have had. later!
