Unhappy Im having problems identifying my slk 230

Could some one help me? The California title records the car as a 2002 SLK LE. The VIN is WDBKK49F32F267309. On the lower right hand side of the windshield is a sticker with a signature from G. Daimler. I think it is a limited edition, but what I have seen, on the net, is the limited edition was in 2000. The car paint job is 352u Linarite blue - metallic paint and the interior is 215a Leather quartz / siam beige. I have used the EPC to obtain this data. It has an automatic 5 speed transmission. It has the M111.983 Engine, the newer one, kompressor and 2.3 liter engine. It has the sports package. It was made in Bremerhaven and sold in the US in April 2002. Anybody know anything about this model and how many models were made?
Thanks, in advance.

Nice Car !

My car had the windshield sticker, so I think it just means that you have the original.

If you are in EPC then you already have the Datacard, but I was practicing with some new PDF software and made you one anyway !

Best Wishes

As nice as the color combo is, its not a linited edition, it would say so in the above mentioned data.

my previous Mercedes ML350 had a sticker. My 2012 R172 250 has one too. I'd have to agree with RebTN06

My guess is that Geanie thinks it's a limited edition because of the California title listing above ending in "LE" hence "Limited Edition", not because of the G. Daimler sticker. But Leapyfish is correct.

Thanks for the replies

I dont think the sticker is the issue. The California title lists under class as LE. I see a lot of similiar cars, here in Germany, but older models. Blue, but model is 1999 or 2000. The interior is not the same, and the mirrors dont have the blinkers incorporated in them. Same with the GPS on trunk lid - they dont have them.
Again, thanks for the responses
