Yaw sensor part number help

My 01 SLK is suffering from the intermittent wheel lock up with stability control light coming on so I'm pretty sure its the Yaw sensor gone bad.
My part number is: A 002 542 72 18 QO1 Ive found what looks like the identical sensor and in some cases listed as being a fit for this model with different part numbers e.g. 0035422318, A 002 542 94 18 (Q01), A 163 542 00 18, A1635420818, A1635421618, A 163 542 00 18
It seems the ML320 had the same sensor.
Can anyone help me with part number interchangeability?

Many thanks

Pete

Yaw sensor update

For anyone else that runs into this, I'm pretty sure they are all interchangeable. I went with the 99 ML320 sensor, looks identical but completely different part number and it seems to be working fine, no issues to date and no more scary wheel lock ups.
$50 on eBay vs $500 something at the stealership.
