Can someone identify this part for me?

It seems like it's part of the cooling system. It's on the driver side and its above the power steering fluid reservoir. I think it may be the source of my coolant leak. Thanks!

The fluid on the hose may be from the power steering though because I had a leak in that system too (fixed now).

A quick search with those keywords, and it seems like that's probably right. This link has the same part with that label

So the hose is an air hose and the liquid is likely splatter from power steering fluid the serpentine belt I guess...

THANKS!
