Hydrolic Fluid/oil leaked on to headliner.

I have a 2001 MB SLK 320 and the fluid for the convertible hard top leaked out of the cylinder that is located just underneath my rear view mirror and onto the headliner. Now the material has bubbled up and separated from the backing material (heavy cardboard?). Can anyone tell me how to clean this oil from the headliner material and how to fuse the two pieces back together again? Can this be done?

Thanks!

My headliner didn't separate. (yet). I used Shout laundry cleaner to get the oil stains out. The headliner dried nicely. No sign or feel of oil.
