Roof/top of windscreen

Car is new to me but not my first 170... I've tried a search but not found this particular issue...

The roof is working fine but it has some movement between the front edge of the roof and the top of the windscreen when closed/driving. If I put my finger in the gap, I can feel (mostly lateral) movement. I don't recall this on my old 170 so am wondering if it's an adjustment issue.

As there's movement, there's some rattles and rubs around the rear "parcel shelf" (hah!) that I am hoping will also go once the leading edge is solid.

Any thoughts gratefully received - Thanks

The fixings on the front latches can be adjusted by loosing the bolts and moving the back and forth or putting in washers to move them up and down until you get the desired fit , I had to do this on my r170 when I got it ...
