Best plugs

Hi all, quick question. I'm gonna have the plugs replaced on my '01 SLK320, 47k miles. I've seen a number of options for the "best" option for this and was wondering what the current recs are. thanks!

Great! thank you - follow up question, looks like need 12 plugs for the 320 - are most replacing the wires too?

my mechanic reckons plugs for 320 should last 70/80000 miles at least.....if it aint broke,dont fixit!!
