R170 trunk hydraulic leaking...how do I fix it?

1998 SLK230 with leaking trunk hydraulic on left side(the one that lifts the front part of the trunk to let the roof come in). Any assistance to fix it? I have looked at all 25 pages on the R170 forum and did not see any reference to repairing it, just the roof hydraulics.

Welcome to the forum.

Where is it leaking. Hose, hose fitting, piston seal...... It looks like PN A1708000372 which includes the hoses so I doubt you will find a repair kit.

O-Ring size

Can anybody tell me the size of the o-ring being used to repair the actuator in the headliner of the R170s (the single actuator which locks the top when in the closed position)?
