Remap by Galletto and ECM2001

Hello, my name is Fred, I'm from Brazil but live in Spain (Mallorca). I have one SLK230k, 2000.
I bought a Galletto 1260, and read my ecu. And with ECM2001 want to change some values.
Some one have something about it? Some experience with this?
And another question: We change the pulley for the kompressor turn faster, ok? If it turn more faster, put more air into the ¨cylinder¨, if it more air, the ecu but more petrol, and the car drive faster, ok? is it? My question is: this ¨more air quantity¨ don't put in risk the engine?More pression, don't open one valve or fold one connecting rod???
Tks very much...
