Door Panel repair

On my driver's side door the panel that the handle is on is coming loose. It appears that the glue that held it down has worn and released the door. Any suggestions on the best way to re-glue or attach the door panel. I'm sure glue or 2 sided tape could work..but i want to ask the question here.

take the door card off completely and re glue the clips back on I used a 2 pack epoxy resin from an auto parts store the type that is like 2 syringes connected together works fine (until you need to take the door card off again)
