centigrade to farenhide

Hi all, I was trying to find a way to change the reading of the outside temperature reader to centigrade, could not find how in owners manual, can it be done? has anyone done it? or it is a dealer touch. In the manual on page 73 talks about the set up and nothing more. would appreciate if someone knows how let me know, thanks in advance as always.

I think if you're running in miles it is in Fahrenheit...but then again the Brits use miles and degrees C.

the manual does not mention anything about not being able to switch, this is why I thought I would ask, thank you for your reply.
