How to clean corrosion from limit switch
I have a 1999 SLK 230 and recently took it to the dealer because the convertible top would intermittently get stuck partially up or down. They found that the L/Rear switch was open/closed at times and found corrosion at the connectors.
This only cost me $98.00 however the problem is not resolved.
Can someone help me understand how I can access the Limit Switches and possibly clean the connectors myself.
