Question SLC 43 Springs

Hi,

I'm looking for lowering springs or coil-overs for my '18 SLC 43. Does anyone know if the H&R or KW parts for the SLC or SLK will fit the SLC 43?

Thanks!

Bumping this old thread...

I finally got word back from KW and they confirmed they have parts that will work with the SLC 43. Their website currently lists street comfort and performance coil-overs for the SLC 43 as well as many other springs.

Basically, any R172 (non-SLK 55 specific) suspension (springs/strut/shock) should work with the SLC 43. So, I'll be adding some KWs or H&Rs in the future :-)

KW Parts

Why do you want to lower it?

Mostly aesthetics, I think the wheel gap is too big, need to be about 1" lower. I haven't done this yet but will eventually. I'm still trying to decide on the larger tire size or upgraded wheel size I'm going to run. If I keep the stock wheels I'll use spacers to get a more flush to fender stance.
