SLC 43 AMG Diesel?

Just watched this video https://youtu.be/b4fyJV00OuQ, towards the end of the clip you hear the engine with the bonnet up. I am no expert but it sounds very like my 250 Cdi!?

Direct injection gasoline engines generally sound like diesel engines (as the direct injection is an off-shoot from diesel engine technology).

Satellite radio aerial, may be labeled differently in the UK.

More reason to use Top tier fuel and use Techron Concentrate on a more regular basis.

A few of us who had to use 95ON in Scotland will testify to that.

Worth carrying a bottle of Techron (or similar) in the boot when going long haul away from bigger towns/cities.

Have thought for a few years that the NBT will be a gas engine with direct injection and boost. Ford Ecoboost win at LeMans is a case in point. See also the Hyundai Veloster turbo and the Peugeot RCZ.

At least in most of the US a gas engine has both an initial cost advantage (no DEF required) and a fuel cost advantage (regular vs diesel).
