As PropDr stated: got LSD (the limited slip rear differential, not the psychogenic medication)?

Daniel, with that picture, you made me sooo hungry :D

Will you need to upgrade your suspension also?
Good point: may need the Nurburgring rated suspension found in the P030 package, should be straight swap; in addition to the LSD. Otherwise it will be hard going around corners at reasonable velocity without the rear wanting to spin out.

Nope. :D why do you think it should be upgraded other than spending my money :D

On my 50 mile +/- trek to work I have several options 2 lane country roads to start, then 4 lane State Route and more straight country roads or 20 mile stretch of nothing but turns and hills, when I drive the SLK I always opt for the turns and hills, I know there are cars that handle better than the 55 but these cars are no slouch in the turns especially when compared to my Lincoln MKS (which handles nicely) and Crew cab F150. To put it another way I love curves and corners in my SLK.
