Got to ask - where are you going to "hide" the compressor air tank? I'm in for more pics of your whole setup.

Not like those but it is going to be adjustable fast enough.

* 4 Corner AirMadZ Valf Unit
* AirMadZ Dijital 4 Corner control system ECU with pressure sensors
* 10 Liter Air Tank - Custom Made for SLK )

How much weight does this modification add to the car? With all due respect, it's a little too "low rider" for me. It would fit in perfectly in Tijuana, Mexico, or maybe even Southern California!

Don't worry about the height. Maximum height will be at least as high as your car.

It is not heavier than what we remove from the car. (Spare tire, 4 springs)

i am curious to know how it will handle as compared to performance after market kits eg Eibach or the KW3 like i have installed .. it is great to look mean and low but can it go around a corner better than the STD set up ..
must admit looks wild

Air Ride setups are not as stiff as coilovers. Therefore Kw3's will be better.

Due to nature of air, Air Springs behave like progressive springs.
It is quite, comfortable and hadles like lowered around 4-5cm.

I have been driving air suspension installed cars for 4 years now.
We have been building these cars for more than three years as well.

Air Suspension should provide these:
1. Should sit lower than any static setup when parked.
2. When fully inflated car should be able to enter\exit any garage\shopping mall etc.
3. When inflated half way car should handle at least as stock.
4. When inflated half way ride should be as comfortable as stock.

Due to nature af air when you inflate around %75, air springs stiffens and car handles as 4-5cm lowered
