DIY Pulley and Chip SLK200 Sim4le M111EVO

Hello everyone,

I have SLK200 2001 year with 165 hp and want more from it.
My experience is pulley swap and remapping.

Pulley was produced by my friend on lathe tool and right now 70 mm pulley installed instead of 80 mm original.
Kompressor/supercharger is Eaton M45.
After pulley was installed I get quicker acceleration even from 2000 rpm.

Next step - chip.
I try to do something by myself with ECM Titanium and WinOLS, add fuel and MAF calibration, but didn't get some cool results.
And finally I bought Speer ecu file and it goes cool. It gives powerful jump, very fast response on throttle.
On simple measurements i get 7.3 - 7.5 seconds on 0-100, which not bad

But I want more
Maybe somebody could help me with remapping further?
To my mind I able to add more to ignition angle, to detonation and pul a litle angle backwards after it.
Do somebody have experience in that?

Also Damos, A2l, Mappacks could also help.

Regards,
Serge

Hi Serge, how do you remap the ecu? Can you explain what software and hardware is needed? I have the same engine and managed to get 190hp with just a 230 M45. (see the link pls). So a few more hp is welcome with ecu tuning.

I just remapped my 200K FL with an online map from Speer Tuning. I used a $10 Galletto 1260 flasher usb cable + free software from internet and my xp laptop. Easier than changing the air filter. Worked great!

Tuning added ~10 hp after 5000rpm upto redline reaching 198hp @6035 rpm. (The car already had kompressor pulley)

very happy with the result...

209.5 hp with 68mm pulley - SIM4LE

After a long search, I understood that there are no chiptuning services which prodide pulley adaptation tuning.
Thats why I start learning chip tuning.

And finally, after few months and more than 150 attemps, SIM4LE ECU was investigated and I tune it by myself.
ECU was adapted to 68mm supercharger pulley (original is 80mm)

Result is more than I expect:
power increase from 163 to 209.5 hp.
torque increase from 230 to 276.

That mean that I get additional 46.5 hp and 46.4 Nm torque.
I'm so happy of that!!!

Don't you think about supercharger installation?

By the way, how you delete oxygen sensors programmicaly?
You do that with Star Diagnosis? Or Custom chiptuning?

I wish a supercharger but I can't find anything for 350.

I removed secondary catalytic converters so lambdas are still there, upstream and downstream
