Things you have never posted about before, as mundane or bizarre as you like

1 I broke my coccyx in 1979.

2 I can't stand citrus fruits.

3 I met Freddie Mercury in the bar of the Lord Leycester Hotel in Warwick in 1978

4 I have two piercings and one tattoo

5 I fell 20ft out of a barn when I forgot to let go of the bale of hay I was throwing down. Only a week before that I had pinned my foot to the floor with a pitchfork.

1.) Even though I'm about 60 lbs. over weight, I don't notice it when I look in the mirror, I only notice it when I see my reflection by surprise.

2.) My grandparents on my father's side were from a small village in Russia called Shlutz. My grandparents on my mother's side were from a small village in America called Chicago.

3.) My wife and I have been married 34 years. In many ways we are complete opposites. But still, she is my best friend.

4.) I received a letter once from Eddy Debartolo. In that letter he named my company as "The Official _____ Supplier to the San Francisco Forty Niners.

5.) I've always felt that I am a very good salesperson. The key is to be able to strike up a conversation with anybody. To be a good salesperson you don't need to know a lot about anything, you just need to know a little about a lot of things!

1) In 2 years..I went from a V6 Mustang to a Crossfire to Sentra Spec V + SLK350

2) It took me 5 years to graduate from college because I failed most of the General Education courses, while I aced almost all of my major courses...

3) I'm a crazy a$$ Chinaman... in Ohio... From a big city, but love the feeling of "middle of nowhere"

4) I can't stand a car without a USB or iPod connection, in same time, I hate lossy format, and will only listen to lossless CD format or lossless HiFi (24bit/48KHz and up, mostly 24/96)

5) I just graduated from college, and I'm new here.

One of the things I enjoy most about slkworld is the fact that nearly every time I go browsing through the threads, I find myself taking one or more detours to Google. It ends up being an education about more things than just cars. After taking an on line test, they tell me I'm an ENFJ.

I'm not sure that fits my self image however.

Thanks, Lissa, for a great thread idea. What a challenge.

1. I love living in Lubbock, Texas. You can have the big cities.

2. I don't have any friends who are noted or important, but all my friends are important to me!

4. While I love my SLK, my favorite vehicle is still my Volkswagen Touareg.

5. Everyone, including me, wonders why my wife puts up with me.

Have a great day!
