Theifing [email protected]!!! useless bank of america

Just checking my account online and found 4 x $27 charges on my account from "Legacy Long Distance Intl".

I had to use the phone wrong side of the security fence in the airport and had no change and a flat battery. So I used a cc, Left a 10sec msg on the girlfirends phone.

It seems these guys are raping my cc and I called BOA and they said it's ok for them to charge me as I used my card in the phone. wtf?? I told them if it's not sorted tomorrow I'm closing my account as this is the last straw with the over centralised useless fool's. had to vent this.

Did a search on the internet and found people all over the place are getting hit by these guys. And the friendly airports are letting them rape their customers by allowing this service.

All phone boxes in the Savannah airport has have this scam, Makes you wonder who to worry about the guy breaking into your car or the managament at the airport?

This is the company.

Thanks for the "heads up" (warning) Easty on using pay phones by credit card at the airport. I usually carry the phone charger with me as one can use any outlet in the airport lobby to charge the cellphone.

Was there a notice by the pay phone stating what the charge might be when using cc?

Nothing mate. just a 50c notice for coins. I figured they may add 10% for the credit card or minimum $1 charge or something. It was an important call. If I find time I'll be writing a letter for the Airport, Local comunication agency and trade governers. Stating I'm an international traveller and business person and this makes me want to avoid the savannah area if these stealth ploys are not only allowed, but obviously promoted by the city in obviously a monoply area.

Kalifornia Krooks, they are ever where. BOA (Bank of America) has gone to heck since Hugh retired. He and my Dad were school mates and I have had a good relation with them for years. For the past three years, I have had problems with idiots there. Threats won't help, a letter to the CEO may. On my last tantrum I threatened to close my accounts and got no response until the CEO letter. Got a phone call days later from the CEO his sef and now when I call they offer me $ just for callin....heads....
