The Sarries/Saints match had me on the edge of my seat for almost the whole 100 minutes. A great example for the sport. I was unaligned sitting with two other blokes, one supporting one side, the other the other, and a fourth who just loved rugby.
When the forward pass occurred for the try that was disallowed the screaming was so loud that my dog jumped up and ran from the room.
The final TMO: wow! what a cliff-hanger. What an ending.
It is rugby and in the general run of things, who wins isn't that important, but I did feel sorry for the Sarries. It is the old cliche: neither side deserved to lose.
My son plays semi-professional rugby union and I phoned him after the match and he couldn't speak for shouting so much.
A brilliant match. And on a day when there was no F1 qualli.
