SAD. Hopefully, no one was injured. You can look, but don't touch.

hah wow I actually saw that yesterday. I dunno if i believe it, because when you see that crash after wards there is no damage to the front end of the car. Also if A car if left in gear (manual), it would of just stalled out, instead of racing off. And if its an automatic, you usually cant take the keys out if its in gear. Or be able to start it. BUt it is a hot car......

a friend had a similar incident with his wife, just in front of me... she panicked and instead of taking her foot of, she flored it and smashed the car on the brick wall at the end of the dealer's garage... so I believe it

I don't know, if he applied the gas pedal while starting it, and kept it depressed, it would probably have had the necessary torque to start it up and take off.

Seconded.

You would think his old man would have more sense or at least make sure its in neutral before letting him fire her up.

Don't dealers have to remove the price/options sheet from the window once a car is purchased?

Also, why were all his friends freaking out. It's a nice car but it's nothing to pee your pants over. They were acting like it was an SL 65, or something even remotely exotic. When was the last time you saw a tricked out, powerful mustang? There not that uncommon.

I would say most of them don't come with the garage modification.
