Update, I tried it again today...and it worked. It's just a little glitchy getting it to work every time but once it does, it does.

Which version of Vediamo are you suing and how do you get SCN to work?
Thanks.

Thank you for confirmation.
My pleasure!

Have you been able to get transmission shift point adaption working?, IE, manually adapting the shift points etc?

I took it on a road test and got a lot of software errors making it not possible to proceed. It would be handy to know if it's just my installation or endemic to the software..

marvin-miller I'm not seeing any issues with it displaying at 12. I did notice though that during the flashing process it was picking up on proper battery voltage.

Btw, I found that very few of the 29 modules could actually be flashed. I tried to do the door ones first but nothing. No option to flash them. After checking all of them only two could be done. One was the CGW and the other was the instrument cluster.

No SAM's could be flashed, the stereo could not be done (said it had to be done by disc) and the engine was already up to date.

marvin-miller Also, big plug for i860 as he was helpful through a bunch of the issues. In hindsight, I would just pay him to install it as it was troublesome. If a guy can reduce it to just buying the right adapter and having someone else install it for him, that's pretty easy. I killed 4 days (or more) trying to nail it down.

Btw, I set octane to 93, turned on both rear fog lights, turned on tire pressure monitoring, turned off flash to pass, flashed the CGW and also some other module that I now forget

Long and short is that all modules have latest firmware and the path looks clear to SCN coding an programming the conductor plate - which is really what I was after.

marvin-miller Success!

I flashed a few modules today with DAS & the Passthru device. Given the success with that, I can't see why SCN coding and programming the conductor plate would be any different. It went off to MB, got the right files, flashed the ECU's and done.

No issues with the 12v displayed voltage. So...this weekend I will do the conductor plate and code that thing and finally get it off my plate !

Thanks to i860

Many thanks to i860 for getting my device and laptop working, he spent a lot of time on this. Look forward to catching up with you Raz when I come to visit my brother in early July who lives near to you.
I just need to be careful now when I have a tinker, looking forward to it now.

Thanks - I figured out why I was not getting any options there. I had been in there before and it appears to have 'snapshot' the existing conductor plate with an eye towards replacement. Now every time I go in there it resumes that procedure. I guess it's waiting to see the new one and then transfer the data to it before it will expose the other options again.

marvin-miller I finally got it working late today. Turned out the last (I think) of the bugs was the docs on the driver. It's running on Windows 10 x64 and tomorrow I'll see about getting the BlueTooth working. I suspect it will.

DAS does not seem to be able to see if the ignition is cycled. I see a box with ignition on it and a check box but I cannot seem to get it to cycle. Is there a trick to it?

Also, if you know, I could not find the transmission adaptation sequence (the one where you drive it down the road, hold it in a certain gear and then press button on the laptop when it's in range). Is it in there somewhere?

Hopefully I'll get to the end of the install issues and get some time to actual learn the software and get fluent in it.
