Talking about third time lucky! Thanks for all the support from everyone, SLKWorld is such a fun community with awesome people! An extra pad on the shoulder for Stinger, thx buddy. The involvement of Windrestrictor in the ROTM competition is the cherry on top of the cake! And as it seems the world didn't end yesterday, I will be able to enjoy this windscreen and think of my slk family whenever I look in the mirror! This month has been an especially exiting run with lots of participators with the finest Slks, you would almost think they only existed on the internet, as I never see nice ones on the roads . Thx again everyone and Windresistor, this will deserve a nice photoshoot when the screen is on! In the meanwhile, here goes a little celebration picture!

Congratulations again Jan! I may be having trouble getting through to you via email for some reason. I got your email for sure though. Can you send us another message letting me know what you want for your prize? I recommend the lighted version, possible the Extreme Lighting Kit (color changing) with remote control. Also, the prize includes fully customized graphics as well. I'll attached a few photos here of some examples. We can literally put anything you want on the Windrestrictor to help you personalize your beautiful award winning SLK! :tu:
I've thought about doing the blacked out roof (and all the other points on the car) for quite a while . . . But that is a big, big change and I hadn't quite convinced myself that I would like it. That looks really great though!! :tu::tu:
Me too! I had never seen the matte white in person, only on internet! But I inew I wanted something distinctive. The black roof is carbon sticker, so if it turned out bad, I could always remove it afterwards, but hey, it turned out the most spectacular thing on the car! In person it looks amazing!
A beautiful SLK. The white /black combo is impressive.I have a wind restrictor with the blue leds. It looks great but my wife thinks it is a cop magnet. So I guess i should turn off the lights when I drive above the posted limit. That way nobody will notice the car!
Hi guys! Just got back from my christmas trip. I am in contact now with Stephen who is very helpfull and soon you all will get to see the pictures of the outcome! Merry SLKmas and a happy topless year!
