Can it be done m119

Hey Fam. Every1 calles me chef so there that.sup e1. Ok to the meet and potatos pun intend.... Anyways ok i have a 1999 slk 230 non amg.
I was wondering if the m119 dhoc naturl asp wold be able to shoohorn in my little girl ewwwwww jk........ Sersely thoe i can get my hands on a 2001 s55 amg for 1500 runs grate and suppercharged i thik.. Inn pros of lering specks on both cars now starting here of corce. So my plan was to see if i can change over as menny parts as i can brakes and such. But 1 prob SOHC on the s 55.whatever i belive still lering but still wold be a badass little slepper.

Every 1 be thinking twichey little 4 dam rat with ADHD tell you here it and find out you just rolde up on a dam miget t rex . My question is howmeny parts will fit if anny and lanth and depth and with of the engen bay vs mesements of the engen now i have looked up slk 55 and found out its a thing and rair.

Tranny shifting a ishue i here they shif slow but im not shure about the engen now i have 4 aposhions noe we have the m111 i can strok and balnce blueprint and bore maby a port and polash ok but is it worthit when i can def put the 6 cilender aposed i belive it is v6 not to shur if that aposed my be a flat engen.

Well whatever small compared to what im dooing. And there the 119 DHOC v8 i bet that be supper fun spwchely if i can mach it up to a t56 6 speed if it fit. And then the s 55 for 1500. Now i know i can pick up all thes engens salvaged. For pritty cheep and simply rebuld it. But at the same time i still have can the rearend from the slk hang and supion and brakes tire clerince and right hight the frount will sag from the wate.

So fam wich 1 wold youguys sugest and will it fit maby a 1 peace bonnet wold be in order to make space. Or is there a bettor setup that im not comming across i know there a ls swop but wold like to keep it as much as a Mercedes as pos but want the twichieniss as the orengel but the power of the slk 55 so e1 im redy to lern so segustions anny 1 im open havent got anny thing yet so cleanslate lets do thes peopl i may even put the buld on utube so got to be good look forword to all the comment.

And i know my spelling sucks have the ADHD and the dam Lixdecka. Yes im forest gump if you giv me a pin and ask me to right but put a rench in my hand i become pacseo. Backround hold a AandP sert and a cuple ases worked for honda and did some disel work to but i also worked at oring county rod and customs off of the 55 and orngthorp down melrose yes the 1 with the monster truck on the roof that was fun to do not. Dont think its still ther been a while since i saw steve jr and his brother and frend cool guys man. Good shop and props to the leed leio ty oldman you taought me alot i apshert you. So there it is hope all of you were able to fully understand me ny bad

Your humble shadetree guy. Chef

Welcome from Wirral, England.

Some guides on how to use forum features https://www.slkworld.com/forum-opera...w-threads.html
================================================== ======

First please update your location & vehicle details
(Put Looking!)(year?: 1996-2019, model?: 32, 200, 230, 250, 280, 300,320,350,55)
in your profile as it helps the members answer your questions which usually are based on that information.
This takes about 30 seconds to do.

Follow exactly to update:
‘Usercp’ at the top of page,
then ‘edit your details’ on the left side,
‘additional information’ near the bottom,
edit your ‘location’ and ‘vehicle’.
Info in your garage does not update your profile.

The reason that we ask you to update vehicle/location details
is to save repeating the same information every time that you ask a question.

Also, this site is truly worldwide. That can matter when you ask for help and information.
Are you looking for a bonnet, or a hood, a boot, or a trunk? Makes a difference.
Driving on the left, or the right?

================================================== ======

The M113 will fit. M119 will not due to wider cylinder heads/exhaust manifolds will not clear around the frame and steering box. Then you will have the issue with steering, as the M113 will not fit with the 230 steering box.. and the only 2 options require some fabrication. If it wasn't for my parts CLK55, It would ALMOST not be possible. Also with the M113 you can use the 6 speed NSG370 and it bolts right to the M113.

Front will not sag much. just use different spring pads to adjust the height. the SLK rear end will handle the power unless you get crazy.

and if at all possible, try to type your words out... it took me 30 minutes to read your message!

@Rich Treadaway , please resolve your details:

================================================== ======

PARTS Information on Mercedes SLK R170 R171 R172 >https://slklinks.neocities.org/
You will never need to ask about part numbers again.

Please update your location and vehicle (Put Looking!)(year?: 1996-2017, model?: 32, 200, 230, 250, 280, 300,320,350,55) in your profile as it helps the members answer your questions which usually are based on that information if you haven’t.
This takes about 30 seconds to do.
Follow exactly to update: ‘Usercp’ at the top of page, then ‘edit your details’ on the left side, ‘additional information’ near the bottom, edit your ‘location’ and ‘vehicle’. Info in your garage does not update your profile.

Some tips to make your visit here more enjoyable: If you haven’t, please use the 'search' feature at the top right of the page for your questions as they have probably been asked before.

Remember, ‘Search’ is your friend. If you wish to become PM (Private Message) capable or to ‘edit’, you need 15 posts. To get those 15 posts quickly, just go to the ‘New members introduce yourself here’ section and welcome enough new members to obtain your needed posts to PM/edit. You can always pm a moderator. Want to post a picture? Start a new thread or make a post, click ‘edit’, click on the ‘paper clip’ or ‘advanced’ and/or ‘manage attachments’ then ‘choose file’ then ‘upload’ and ‘submit’! If Iphone pics, you need to rename any additional pics as Iphone names its pics all the same, image.jpg.

Want to ‘like’ or thank’ someone’s comments? Use the ‘like’ button to the right or the ‘Thanks’ button, bottom right of any post you like. This saves you having to comment.
New members should be aware that the 'New Posts' link next to the 'Search' link top right of the info bar is a great way to see all of the posts you have missed since you were on the forum last. Remember to click 'mark forums read' under ‘quick links’ when you leave.

FREE!! Post your vin in the Vehicle Datacard Request section to get a free datacard (options on your car). You must update your profile with vehicle info and your location and post an introduction first. https://www.slkworld.com/vehicle-data...-datacard.html

Welcome to the forum
