Your local to me, so tyres wise I can tell you that I use Michelins without issue. Two rears for my 55 cost about Ł333 fitted (Tyres on the drive).
When you want answers it's best to post a question in the relevant section as not everyone reads introductions.
Search is very good on this site. Although you do get a lot of answers sometimes.

If you don't already have SmartTop I recommend it.
Being able to put the roof up without stopping is brilliant.
As is opening the roof from a distance on a hot day.
