Rear smoked lights..

I had a problem with my drivers side rear light with the brake light holder being temperamental, i wasn't to sure what to do with it, how to fix it etc.
I brought a new bulb holder and it still didn't fix the problem.

So looking into new lights so i brought the LED upgrade.

Here is a photo, let me know what you think

I am looking at the same lights for the rear of my black SLK. Have set of smoked front headlights on the way and there is a set of smoked fog lights sitting in the livingroom ready to be fitted... all because I have on foglight bulb out and the other lens cracked ... expensive alternative to a bulb and lens but if it looks as nice as yours then worthwhile

I've been thinking about wrapping my taillights in smoke tinted vinyl. Cheap and reversible. And replacing the bulbs with LEDs with higher output to compensate for loss of light through the tint. If I do it right, that will also fix the bogus "lamp out" warning caused by the under-designed brake lamp bulb holder.
