Watch out Ya'll, he's back

Finally got the SLK today. Driver took from Mar 10 til today, his boss fired him and the law served him with civil papers and when he gets home, auto theft warrants await him. But the car is perfect, just as described by the dealer and runs like a top. Happy Easter ALL, I'm goin fur a ryde wid da top down.

Its too purdy silver, I am bidding on another one that will get the Storm Red treatment. The upholstery guy is ordering Burgundy and Black leather to do seats etc. My wife said I can't do anything to HER car. The 03 SLK32 Im trying to buy has black interior so mods will go good with Burgundy. Will keep you all posted. Im so bacited I taint hardly tand it.

HUH?

What's this all about? Guess I missed the beginning of the story.

Congrats on your good fortune.

No "T" the car was exactly as it was loaded. The driver was just sorry and didn't care about anything but making money. No regard to anyone or any thing. Very costly mistake. When I contacted his insurance company and reported that he had stolen the car, they got him focused and opened his eyes. Too late, if he fails to answer the civil complaint I will get a judgement and cause him much heartache, anyway, it will cost him for the attitude. Hate to be an arse about it but right is right and sorry is sorry. Hope he learns a lesson, do what you promise and life will be much more simple.

Sorry Cold Shot, I just grin when I think of all the people trying to decipher what I write. Especially those who have never had the fortune to visit or reside in this part of the country. I am very proud of who I am and where I am. Had dinner with some friends the other evening, Ralph Ketner (founded Food Lion) Jimmy and Gordon Hurley (Owned Salisbury Post newspaper) Tom Smith (retired Food Lion CEO) and a couple others. As we sat on my deck after a meal with a drink and a chew, I thought: On this deck are folks worth more than 1 billion dollars, some have had conversations with Presidents, they could fit in with any upper social class, yet here they are being themselves, relaxed and content telling jokes and talkin the way they want. Who am I to try to make them be anything but what they are. Who are they to ask me to be what I'm not. Didn't happen, won't happen. We must all be ourselves, false facades may have a place, but when speaking to other car nuts in a forum, have fun and laugh, nobody is watchin and most people secretly wish they could be themselves all the time. When you see a post with my name on it, please feel free to skip it and read on, put me on your ignore list, I'm not offended, I'm dud maffuuuus and proud to write the way I think. Love to Ya, enjoy life, I see it lost every day.
