I'd be tempted to tell them to stuff it and go elsewhere, if they treat you like this on a sale, what are they going to be like if you have a problem?
Anyway, Mercedes should send you a customer satisfaction survey after you've taken delivery of the car, you can let them know how you feel. I would name names and find another dealer to service your car.
PS you can complain to MB UK in Milton Keens if your unhappy.
I should say that I was unhappy with the first sales guy I delt with and said I wanted to see another, which I did. I made sure that this was known on the survey.
