how to clean and maintain alcantara?

having alcantara on the seats is new to me. just wondering what you guys are personally using to clean and maintain the alcantara on your amg seats.

So far I used a sample toothbrush and a slightly damp cloth.

Hate to say it but.....

If you ever owned suede shoes or jacket, you clean the AMG alcantera the same way....lots of products available at the shoe store!

p.s. I've NEVER owned suede shoes (he lied!).
