Squeaky trunk struts only when I lift it all the way up. Strut is only 2 months old.. I sprayed WD40 on it no help.. Is there a special grease for it? Also drivers door some time when again open real wife make some noise...

Is there a spray I can put on them both to help stop the noise .. It only happen once in a while not all the time...

I heard of two things. (1) Gummi Pflege (2) White Lithium.. or is there any thing else out there better and easier to apply and make the noise stop?

Please for give the spelling thanks

I assume you meant squeaky so I fixed that. :D
If they are new, they should not squeak at all. Where did you get them from?
Take them back
I just got new ones last week and they do not squeak

gummi and lithium grease are for seals and joints/hinges and not for struts
do not use wd40 as that is not a lubricant

I'm not the expert but you could put some lithium spray grease on em or automotive grease but to me that would defeat the purpose as that would eliminate the squeak but lubricate the strut so it is not 'stiff' and cannot do the job of holding the trunk up.
