Painting Brakes...

I was thinking about having the calipers cleaned up and / or painted while they are off. I was not thinking about red or yellow, but powder coated in silver to look like they were new.

I found out, powerder coating only goes to 300F, but ceremic coating goes to 1,200F. I can only get BLACK for the ceremic coating. It will cost about $900 to have all of them done, for the time to take apart and brake fluid replaced, etc.

What do you think? Are the AMG ones black? I really only wanted to keep the car looking as new as possible, I love it in it's factory form. Should I just leave them?

I have used the G2 Manufacturing Brake Caliper Paint System Set purchased from Eastwood.com on several vehicles and have experienced excellent durability with only minor chipping, no peeling and/or color fade. $30 to $50 if I recall correctly..... Also used two (2) sets or kits for all four wheels/each vehicle.
