|  Is there a preferred sponsor/store that sells the AMG body kit? Is there a preferred store/sponsor that sells the AMG body kit from the SLK55? I'm planning on fitting this to a SLK280 and I'm assuming that if I went straight to the dealer they would enjoy raping me on the price  Thanks for any tips or suggestions! |

 | Upgrading to the AMG kit is a complete PITA. At least that's how it was for me. Online stores will tell you different things about what parts are required. I just ended up going to a pro body shop ( http://www.dayas.com/ ) and had them do the full job. It cost quite a bit, probably more than option when buying the car. But you can't beat the looks. |

| Beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder, but this beholder here actually prefers the stock bodykit on the 280 over the AMG one. Actually, AMG body kits have never done it for me. |
