I am not 100% sure, but the license plate is german and I know germany has a very very well known rim company...which is called BBS, very popular in germany specifically and very expensive and they are very very high on quality. They also built rims and tires for the "formel 1 race cars" but mainly for cars..they also do sterring wheels!

I have hard time making out the three letters "bbs" on this rim..which always in the middle!
