Chats: 0 | I was originally talking about the piece that is below the grille... ... it's called the escutcheon and it goes across the area where the "teeth" are in the bottom of the front bumper... this part "snap fits" and it notorious for being missing on various SLK's when you look at pics on the internet... I guess a minor insult to the front of the car down low happens and there goes the $150 part! In the first large pic you sent, yours is missing too... |

Chats: 59 | Yeah there are holes in the bumper that the tabs from the screen fit into. Bad design. I have had the side piece in front of the tow hook pop out on me recently.  I also need to get a replacement.  Let me know if you find any for sale.  SLKman
