Fletcher dealer is good on sales.
Service and repairs are the worst. STAY away. This place was bad before and hasn't improved since. They are only worried about ratings.

I know you are from Hawaii and the dealer's name is Fletcher. I am amazed that my dealership name is Fletcher in Missouri. I, too, am having massive problems with the service department. So far they havedn't destroyed my car, but they can't seem to to anything else either. Would the first name of the dealer be Frank?

Fletcher Jones Imports of Las Vegas are not much better. I always referred to them as "Fleecer" Jones.
