|  Bump City's Body Craft, Oak Park, IL Unfortunately, I've gotten to know many body shops in the Oak Park area. These guy just did a beautiful repair on a trunk/bumper dent/scratch without milking the insurance company (another shop grossly inflated the work proposal). Consistent with my overall auto karma, however, I found that Body Craft had run over a nail. They quickly acknowledged it, plugged the hole, and ordered a new tire at their expense. . .no questions asked! Mistakes happen. All I ask for is accountability and service delivery.  |
