Here's an interesting vid. I'm recording John, F111F, for a few hot laps at TWS. The video is actually about 21 minutes long but this is the biggest file that I could upload. Great run John.

Would love to see the whole video, we passed quite a few cars.

RSB held it together even though going off the track, which was interesting in my rearview mirror. I was amazed at the save!

The Porsche's and BMW's are always surprised, the Corvette's don't like the European luxury cars passing them. My instructors are always amazed at the luxury of the inside of the SLK, and they drive top of the line M3's and Porsches.

I usually don't run in the summer months. Too hard on me and tires. I'll be running TWS again in November. I'm sure John will also. We would love to have you join us. I've seen people drive from Calif to attend these events before.

Drive from California? I wouldn't mind visiting Texas but I dunno, that's a bit of a drive. Besides, I have quite a few options here

With so many members living in California, I'm bound to find a few interested... at least I hope so.

I like TWS counter clockwise better. Great video though.

I normally go to the NASA events and well, in the newb class, you can pass alot of cars that are supposedly faster

Great fun out there, just don't go during August (I did).

CCW is a lot of fun with many challenges. CW presents a different set of challenges. It was Robert's and my first time for CW, but it feels much faster and we are going to try and improve our times in a couple of weeks after analyzing Robert's video and data.

Since you live in Plano, try Motor Sports Ranch - MSR in Cresson sometimes. Totally different and lot more of a technical challenge with off-camber curves. Enough curves and off camber areas that give low horsepower cars equity against high horsepower cars. Check out Easty's video's or google MSR.
