paddles are a custom thing mate i am still looking into different places to get them made but i think you will need a new steering wheel like i said before because you don't have even buttons at the moment so you need a wheel with the wiring inside it.
Unfortunately the people to talk to are you dealer i will get back to you with a part number just give it to them and ask the price
There you go steering wheel for cars without and COMAND and Heated Wheel and has shift buttons installed might even have paddles but i doubt it so we can get them sorted once you get the wheel done OK.
