I totally agree. I owner of the dealer ship sat down with me for a hour discussing the service disconnect at her dealership.
She was very very professional.
In fact the next day I went to visit the dealer, And all the mgr and here were in a long meeting about my situation and many others. The sales team were top notch I got over 6500 below sticker. on a special order ....So I do want to take care of the sales guys . Knowing that the owner is getting more involved to improved customer service ...I dont mind giving them a break on the survay.

And it was nice of them to offer the discount on the warrantee...

Originally it was over 6000 wow....

So for 3000 I tnk it is a good deal . what do you think.

Cause I remember, on my previus 350 they had to replace the mass air sensor after the warantee and I had to pay for it

i got the extended warranty for 5 yr/75000 miles for $3000 and tax. considering i have 4600 miles already on a 3 month old car i will be there shortly! this is a purchase also and i trade in every3 years or so. warranty is refundable and transferable so i always get my original dough back from mb. bought 09 in may and in june, got my refund check from mb for the full amount. of course, prices have gone up.

That will be unlimited miles tho, not that you could crank out the figures being quoted in a single year mind you.

Per the prices I got from R&H Motors in Owings Mills, MD, an extra 1 year and 50k miles (total 5 years, 100k miles) will be $3465. They may tack on a 15% surcharge if you're buying after 30 days of the vehicle sale. But these numbers are "suggested retail prices" so I bet you can haggle.

There's obviously a lot of wiggle room on these, I was offered the extra year/100k at purchase for $1950. Was told the same about the 15% surcharge.

I got a 7yr/100K warranty at time of purchase for $3492. The new owner will likely be picking it up. Otherwise, I plan to have it refunded.
