Question Dumb ? How do I set the clock in the instrument cluster

Our European Delivery SLK 300 arrived and we picked it up yesterday. I do not have the DVD command system, but they set the clock to Eastern time and I am in the midwest. So, I pull out the owners manual, see the picture on page 28 and it says 110, so I turn to 110 and it says go to instructions on page 123, but the instruction are for setting the clock and date that is in the audio system and not the old fashioned analog clock.

This has to be a simple thing. So, someone tell me the secret!

Go to the MFD menu settings to set the date and time and then press R button located on the left side of the instrument cluster roundel.
