Default Water coming out the pass side compartment

Last week, after I turned off the car, I noticed water streaming out the pass side compartment at the lower end of the center console. I am assuming it's probably due to the AC. I took it to the dealer yesterday and they did nothing. My confidence in the dealer mechanics has finally fallen to an all time low. I actually went in for mutiple problems and none were fixed or resolved.
I am turning to the board because I feel you guys are more knowledgeable about this car than the mechanics who supposedly make a living out of knowing this stuff.

There were 2 members that had water leak into the passenger compartment from the HVAC. There is a drainage tube that needs to be cleared with a long flexible wire (DansSLK cautions not to sue compressed air, there's a risk of dislodging the other end of the drainage tube).

hawkgt, I notice that you are in Westchester, IL. If you can't get satisfaction from your dealer, you might try Knauz in Lake Bluff. They are a fantastic Mercedes Benz dealer.

I might, but the dealer is trying to make things right. They sent me a survey this morning which I completely ripped them on. The SA called me a couple hours later and apologized and wanted me to come back in. Figured I give them another shot. He did explain that they rerouted the drain tube and said that the way the tube was placed it wasn't draining well.

I had multiple issues when the car went in yesterday and apparently, the only thing done was the 1000 mile courtesy check and the drain tube (which I hope they actually cleaned out and not just moved). I had a window popping/clicking when it went all the way up, but they thought greasing the track might fix it. It didn't, so the SA today looked at it today and was able to reproduce the pop. Hopefully get that fixed because it's really annoying.

I have a rough idle at cold start-up which they obviously could not reproduce because starting the engine a few hours later won't bring the RPM's up. Codes came back fine, but it still is rough. I have a 08 ML, and it never did this. I've started many 08 MB cars of various models, even an 09 SLK 300 and an 08 C 300 (which is an awsome car by the way, the new nav is 100's times better than on my ML) and never experienced this. If this occured on most of the 3 liter engines, I'd be fine, but it doesn't, so I want it fixed. Am I being an ass about it?

And I needed a dent removed (had the car 1 month and already a dent in the door), but some miscommunication and nothing done . I paid in advance for a dent shield for the next 3 years and I think I'm entitled to get dents taken out whenever they occur.

Not happy about taking the car back again, but we'll see. At least they try and kiss your ass the 2nd time around.

Got a call and update from the SA. The rough idle they think is from a crack in the seal of the MAF sensor. They ordered a new window regulator for the popping noise. Hopefully this will fix everything.

Cool

O crap. I used to have a 1983 Volkswagon Scirroco Wolfsburg Edition. It was a fun little car. Everything on the damned thing was plastic and broke after a few years in the sun. The worst thing though was the A/C drain tube. It would block freqently and then the carpets on the passenger side would get wet. If you made the mistake of locking the car with a nice puddle in the sun for the day. You regretted it at the end of the day. PeeYew! Yuck. I would hope in 25 years that German draining technology would have improved.

By the way ours cleared customs Monday and is apparently somewhere between here and Baltimore.... Maybe the phone will ring tomorrow.
