From ZeiSer50:

"Space size :
-> depth : 68 mm
-> height : 29 mm
-> width : 155 mm
"

The iphone should fit in the cubby hole.

Default iPhone 3G fits fine

I replaced the cupholder as shown. My iPhone 3G fits fine. Bluetooth pairing works and contacts are transferred to the SLK headunit. There is plenty of room for the iPhone.

My dealer claimed there were 3 in the US (mid-July).
Order to delivery took about 3 days.

Easy install, used a TORX driver, might have been able to use a hex key.
I wonder if there is a market for the cup holder

The iPhone fits fine unless you have it in a case with a clip. I found the ashtray replacement more useful than the cupholder replacement (I did both), I can actually even fit a pair of spare sunglasses in there (well, my Oliver People and Armani fits, cannot fit my Vuitton).

How can I place an online order for this? would definitely need it, the cup holders there are useless.
convert it to a tray would serve a better purpose.

I want to swap out my cubby hole for a cup holder - anyone want to sell me theirs (it'd need shipping to the UK though)!

(Seriously, otherwise I'll have to buy one from my dealer)!

Done - but you'll have to wait until pay day - petrol is over $2.40 per litre over here at the moment!

Would you be ok to ship it to the UK for me?

Sure, I'll ship it, no charge. It hardly weighs anything. PM me your address.

Alternatively, to save dltslk the postage etc., I'll happily swap you my cup holder for your cubby hole. (I'm a bit nearer to you.)
