| Very nice pictures. It is actually a little depressing to see all these beautiful pictures of usually freshly polished babies and then think about all the rain and dirty roads I have been dealing with lately. I love seeing my car clean but it usually only lasts a day or two. If driving it wasn't so much fun, I might just polish it and leave it in the garage for a while. |

Ignore anything you read in a consumer magazine regarding camera recommendations. I'd stay away from any other brand. Others are improving, but Canon and Nikon have the DSLR thing down and they just keep improving year after year. It comes down to what you want to do with the camera and how much you are willing to spend. For the general (non pro) user any model will be fine. Certain types of photography - low light, fast action, remote lighting - may call for a higher-end camera. Feel free to send me a PM if you have any questions. | |

| Hey Guys/Gals, Thankyou for all of the comments on the photos. Shooting Bill's car was an absolutely fantastic time! It is spectacularly clean I must say, just look at the shot of the engine bay. I am actually primarily a Social Work student but I run my business on the side shooting infant/child portraits, families, corporate stuff, and CARS! you can check out my site here . The site is pretty much dedicated towards mothers and brides but you get to see a few there. I shoot Nikon D-SLR primarily, in and out of my studio work. If you would like to have me shoot your car, I can send you a quote, but it will involve travel from Newfoundland, Canada. If you know of any major car companies looking for such images, give them my name if you wish. I'll reference the forum in any way I can.Stay tuned for some more photos of Bill's car once my rolling camera rig is used with his SLK 55. Cheers, Andrew Honda? ![]() Mazda? ![]() Everybody loves Cougars.. |

| Hmm, it looks like my SmartTop module is interfering with this. When it's enabled, any tapping of the button just lowers the roof. When I disable it, two taps brings down the small triangular windows like you mentioned. |

All windows up (main and rear quarter), key in position 2, two really quick (like mouse-click quick) taps on the center console roof control lever will bring both main windows and rear quarter windows down.
