Thinking back to 2004, this was the most difficult part. Once my car left Germany each day was agonizing. You'll have your car with plenty of time to enjoy it before winter. I received mine the last weekend of November.

It would have been great to pick mine up at the factory. Not in the budget though.

Does it do position tracking? It would be so cool to watch your car inching across the Atlantic each day.

Cool

I think, that there are some tracking sites showing ships, but I wasn't smart enough to figure out which dot was the Fedora. It should be on the ocean between NY and Baltimore today, and in port tomorrow.

I am in Zermatt this weekend. Weather is great but I must remember to put the suncream on sooner next time .

At least i will go well with the new lipstick red seats in the facelift SLK when I pick it up

It rained pretty much the whole time we were in Zermatt. Still a lovely place. Our SLK has the red leather too. We pretty much everyday driving the SLK put Aveeno SPF 70 on as soon as we got out of the shower. So, I never got the sun burned look!
