SLK meet - London/South East UK based?

My brother and his modified Vauxhall Vectra crew meet up regularly and go to shows, events and other meets. Went along with him to one and found it quite fun. How many London/South East forum members have we got and how many are interested in a meet? The Ace Cafe in Park Royal just off the Hanger Lane roundabout is a typical place for a meet, food and drink.

Anybody?

Actually, thinking about it, we could make the meet more centrally located so a few more members can join us.

That's a total of 4 cars, 4 drivers and 4 retractable hoods. Surely we have more members than this in the UK?

well im from the UK but unfortunately there is a stretch of water between us, so a boat fare would be necessary. also its expensive for just a meet up.
the s2000 owners club do a massive meet up once a year and go for a fats drive around lake district every year. something like a few hundred turn up. if we could get SL and SLk owners to do the same i would def pay the boat over for a meet!!!

i think there is just a mercedes club meet up....not necessarily an slk/sl day. not definate on this however!!

Count me in, but I would prefer somewhere north of Watford (yes, such a place DOES exist)

I would certainly be up for a meet and ride!!!

Though if it's gonna be down South, I'll need recommendations on accomodation

However if something is organised for the Lake District - that makes life sooo much easier for me

Either way, if any details are sent out please add me to the list as even if I don't make any events this year, I'll certainly be there for them next year

how about Kendall in the lake district. Im over there for buisness a bit, so I could arrange my buisness to be on a friday so i could drive over and stay for the meet.
