|  "AMG Package" Hey all, it had to come eventually but its my first post. I'm in the market to buy a SLK shortly and i've been browsing around the forum and one question comes to mind that i havent seen before. The AMG Pack. Is it available as an option on the new facelifted models in any of your countries? Reason being is i saw it in the international brochure but it's not available here, only the sports package is. (Before i get put down) I really like the look of the package and no i'm not going to go buying slk 55 amg badges and posting it all over my next car like other folk do  So is it available to any of you on the new 350 or 200 where you're living and if so how much more is it than the sports package out of interest? I mean it must be in the brochure coming out of germany for a reason... |

 | The sport's package is the AMG sport package for the non-AMG model's (looks very similar to the 55 bodywork). The SLK55 bodywork can't be brought in a package but you can buy the pieces separately and install them.

| Thanks for the reply DansSLK  The sports package (which is the one offered here) is depicted on the black slk, while the "amg" pack is on the silver one, hence i asked since the latter is not offered here. |

| from the MBUSA website: Sports package is an additional $2500 and includes the following: 18-inch AMG Multi-spoke wheels Sport front air dam Side skirts Rear apron Trunk lid spoiler Sport suspension Steering-wheel-mounted gearshift paddles So it includes the AMG lower body panels, AMG wheels, sport suspension and paddle shifters Perhaps you can ask the dealer to special order the sports package that includes also the AMG body panels.

| The black with red interior that comes in the sports package is a very tempting kit, looks fabolous in grey,red or black.
