No its a real print magazine, it's been around for decades. It comes out weekly.
I just checked the online version again and the review still is not posted. They did give the car a good review.

Now is Autoweek an american magazine or a british one, I think the brits have something similar in regards to the name.

Its American. If it was British it would proably be called something like MotorFortNight

Agreed. That was supposed to be fixed this time around. According to the brochure, my '06 was to have it as well. Oh well.

The reason they give for this doesn't seem to make much sense either. I thought the whole point with throttle blipping during downshifts is to reduce the friction exerted on the clutch/the torque converter. Why would this be more difficult or make less sense with torquier engines? It seems to me the contrary is the case.
