| Thanks, still waiting for more votes before i decide. The second wheel also comes in 19"s but roads here are pretty bad and tyres are too expensive, a set on contis cost around $1,600. |

| I would go for the second one if I was in your position as the first one is becoming quiet common.

| I prefer the second wheel of the two...Just verify the offsets. Orig SLK 350 offsets are 36 front and 30 rear. I think For AMG models in 18" its 37 and 30 respectively.

| Thanks everyone for your replies. If I'm going for the second wheel in 19"s, would you prefer silver or titanium bronze color? (car color is obsidian black). thanks again. |

| I think you had made the right choice, the first one isn't special b/c it comes with most AMG models. After awhile, you'll get bored looking at it. Titanium bronze, that sounds like an interesting color, I would go with that. |

| I would be careful with the offset. I originally ordered a set of 18x8.5/9.5 with +35 in the front and +38 in the rear. Both front and rear wheels were too close to the inside of the wheel well and were very close to rubbing, even without tires. You should look for closer to +30 front and rear with those widths. I ended up selling that set and getting another set with better a fit. |

| I like the high polish silver that is depicted. If they had a lip like -1- car then I would like to see a polished lip and a nice metalic gold. |

| Speaking of wheels and I don't mean to hijack this thread but are we in the US going to get the new facelift AMG 5 spokes are are we stuck with the current stock wheels? The new wheels are 10x better IMHO... |

| Guys thanks for your comments. Mark171, thanks also for your advice. I will have them fit it first before purchasing. VitaminT, they dont have those deep lips. only whole painted silver or matte bronze. |
